I inherited this card from my Granny who lived alone for many years after Pops died. I keep it taped to the side of my PC tower and try to say it every day.

I always try to have a good attitude, especially when I am dealing with someone unused to interacting with the Disabled or with Disabled people who are making asses of themselves simply because they are Disabled and feel that gives them the right to be as obnoxious as humanly possible. Usually, I correct them in front of the person they are abusing. Several nurses have told me that afterwards the person in question is a model patient. 0 ; )

But truthfully, I could not get by without my Faith. I often hear my fellow patients claim that there is no God because the were good Christians and bad things have happened to them. I, on the other hand put my troubles as being the luck of the draw and that God helps me to bear them. I really can't imagine how people with no faith get by. I know that I couldn't.

Thanks and I know. That's why I'm I'm back. I had 562 trackbacks to sites that would gag a maggot. STG What scares me is that there are people out there who visit these sites and they work, vote and live amongst us.

I'm going to print it off and send it to my Mother who now lives alone and tell her to read it every morning and every night. Thanks for sharing. Oh yes, I think you should send your nasty sister or sisters (can't remember for sure if it was just one or two) that have been complaining about you. Next time they start, tell them you plan on coming to live at their house. That might shut them up. Plus why are they complaining, you are the one that needs some physical help, and they certainly don't sound like they have been doing anything to help. Hang in there. Hope things was been going pretty well for you.

For some reason it wouldn't let me copy it, so I got on line and found the verse and printed it out. Now I am going to use my card maker and fix it on a sheet of paper with some photos and then laminate it and give it to my Mom. Thanks again for sharing.
